The 21st Valedictory Lecture of the University of Port harcourt titled: "MENTORSHIP: A GAME CHANGER FOR THE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM", will be delivered by Professor Anthony O. Ibe, of the Department of Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Faculty of Engineering.
