Alexander Subair is a Defense and Security expert with a keen interest in Transnational Crime Management, Strategic Thoughts and Geopolitics. He is also a lecturer at the Department of International Relations and Strategic Studies at Igbinedion University Okada. At the #ISSP2021, he will discuss the elements of political-will and transnational cooperation on counter-terrorism operations in the West African Sub-Region - with an analysis for a rethink in Nigeria and the Niger Republic.
