ADMISSION INTO POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES FOR 2024/2025 SESSION

We Offer the Following Graduate Environmental Engineering Technology Programmes

1. Masters in Environmental Engineering Technology (MEET)

Degree Awarded:

1. M.Eng in Environmental Engineering Technology
2. M.Sc in Environmental Technology

Duration of Programme:  One (1) year full – time and Two (2) years part -time

2. PhD in Environmental Engineering Technology

Degree Awarded:

1. PhD in Environmental Engineering Technology
2. PhD in Environmental Technology

Duration of Programme:  Three (3) years

Eligibility Requirement

Masters:

• Candidates must have at least Second - Class Lower in any Engineering discipline. (applicable to 1(a) above)
• Candidates must have at least Second - Class Lower in any Science discipline.(applicable to  1(b) above)
• Applicants must have completed NYSC

PhD:

• Candidates must have completed Masters in Environmental Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 (applicable to 2(a) above)
• Candidates must have completed Masters in Environmental Technology or its equivalent (e.g Environmental Science) with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 (applicable to 2(b) above)

Courses are taught by both experienced Academics and Industry experts.

Application forms can be obtained at the Environmental Engineering Technology Office, Faculty of Engineering, University of Port Harcourt or downloaded via the University portal at  www.uniport.edu.ng . Application deadline for the 2023/2024 session is 2^nd of September, 2024
