Dr. Williams, Cheta graduated from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. B.Ed, Biology (1989) in the Department Of Curriculum Studies and Educational Technology, Faculty of Education. He holds a masters and Ph.D Educational Technology from the same University. He was lecturer, Federal College of Education Technical (Omoku) Rivers State, one time A.g H.O.D Department of Curriculum Studies and Educational Technology. Coordinator, Teaching Practice in the Faculty of Education, UniPort (2012 – 2014).He is currently a senior lecturer, University of Port Harcourt.
