The University of Port Harcourt Journal of Management Sciences which is published quarterly is a publication of the Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Port Harcourt. It is a multi-disciplinary and peer reviewed journal.
The Journal welcomes empirical, theoretical, and practitioners’ manuscript which will advance the Administrative and Social Sciences as well as promote economic, social, political, educational and infrastructural development of Nigeria and Africa in general.
This Journal serves as a platform for scholars from such academic disciplines as Management, Finance and Banking, Accounting, Marketing, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Economics, Political Sciences, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Education, Humanity etc. to showcase their research findings.Authors are to send their papers with an abstract of not more than 250 words to the Editor-in-Chief.
Authors Guidelines
All articles will be subject to double blind review following the instructions below:
• The paper should be in Microsoft word:
i. The first file should contain the name(s), affiliations and e-mail addresses of the author(s) and the title of the paper.
ii. The second file to contain the title of the paper, complete paper with abstract without reference to the author(s).
• Contributors are to use APA style of referencing while the maximum length of the paper including cover page and abstract 6,000 words.
• All papers are to conform to international standard showing different sections as may be applicable such as may be applicable such as: introduction, literature review, methodology, data presentation and analysis, discussion of result, recommendation, conclusion and references.

• If you are interested in publishing your paper in this journal, please email it for review and potential publication. Before you email your paper, please format it appropriately according to guidelines for empirical or theoretical research.
Authors can incorporate feedback received from participants, edit, revise, update the references of their manuscripts, and email them back for double-blind review at the journal level. Authors, who comply with the reviewers’ comments, will have their manuscripts published once the stipulated fees are paid into the designated bank accounts.
