2025/2026 ADMISSION TO POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates into the various programmes offered at the World Bank Africa Centre of Excellence in Public Health and Toxicological Research (ACE-PUTOR) for the 2025/2026 Academic Session

Steps to follow in processing application and registration:

• Pay a non-refundable application fee of #30,000 (Thirty thousand naira only) to the ACE-PUTOR Consult and Investment Limited with account numbers 1228287572 (Naira) for national students and $30 (thirty dollars)5074697192 (Dollar, Bank Sort Code 387, Swift Code: ZEINGLA) for regional/international students, all domiciled in Zenith Bank.
• Download the following documents from www.aceputoruniport.edu.ng or via the link https://aceputorapplication.online/

       (a) Application Form (specific for PGD, MSc or PhD)

       (b) Referee Forms and

       (c) Transcript Label Form.

      (d) Statement of purpose guidance

Application can be made online or by collecting hard copies of the application documents from the students support officer (Rossanna, 07035033658) at the ACE-PUTOR Office along the East-West Road (Opposite the Choba Police Area Command), University of Port Harcourt .

• Submit completed documents in (2) above and relevant credentials below:

       (a) Copies of credentials (University degrees’ certificate(s) and 2-paged curriculum vitae

       (b) Statement of purpose (see instruction)

       (c) Receipt of payment of application fee

       (d) National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate or due exemption certificate (for prospective Nigerian students)

(e) International passport – ID page (for prospective regional/international students).

• Apply for Transcript to be sent to AFRICA CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE IN PUBLIC HEALTH AND TOXICOLOGICAL RESEARCH, Along East-West Road Besides Unique Luxury Hotel & Suites, University of Port Harcourt, with the transcript label provided.
• Offer of admission after review by the Centre’s Academic Board
• Those admitted will be required to pay acceptance fee of #100,000 (One hundred thousand naira only) for National Students and $100 for Regional Students.
• Last date of submission of application documents is Friday 5^th December 2025
