This is to inform all students of the University of Port Harcourt that the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has announced an extension of the application deadline for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to the official release from NELFUND, the application deadline has been extended from 31 January 2026 to 27 February 2026. The extension is intended to give prospective applicants additional time to complete and submit their applications, ensuring that no eligible student is left out due to timing constraints.
Students who are yet to apply, or who have started but not completed their applications, are strongly advised to take advantage of this extended deadline and ensure that all required information is submitted on or before 27 February 2026.
