EIGHT ACADEMIC STAFF MEMBERS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF PORT HARCOURT VISIT BABES-BOLYAI UNIVERSITY IN ROMANIA, FUNDED BY THE EUROPEAN UNION ERASMUS MOBILITY PROGRAMME
Recipients of the European Union Erasmus Mobility Grant from the University of Port Harcourt have returned from Romania after a week-long visit to the Faculty of Political, Administrative, and Communication Sciences (FSPAC) at Babes Bolyai University (UBB). The team of eight travelled in two batches, with the first group arriving in Cluj-Napoca on May 31 and the second on June 9, 2025.
The scholars, coordinated by Professor Fidelis Allen, completed the necessary documentation at UBB’s Centre for International Cooperation before participating in various activities, including teaching and training through the exchange of research findings and experiences with students and staff members. They engaged in productive discussions about further collaboration with FSPAC scholars. The five-year partnership under the mobility programme also includes future student exchanges between the two universities.
The scholars are grateful to the leadership of University of Port Harcourt, Babes-Bolyai University, and the European Union.
