43RD VALEDICTORY LECTURE

I write to inform members of the University Community that the 43rd Valedictory Lecture of the University of Port Harcourt has been scheduled to take place on Thursday, 29th January, 2026 at the CBN Centre of Excellence Building, University Park by 3.00p.m.
The lecture titled: “UNIVERSITY OF PORT HARCOURT Then, Now and in the Future” will be delivered by:

under the distinguished Chairmanship of Professor Owunari A. Georgewill, Vice-Chancellor, University of Port Harcourt.
Guests are expected to be seated by 2.45 p.m. as the academic procession of the Lecturer will begin at 3.00 p.m. The General Public, Staff and Students are by this circular please invited to this important University Ceremony.
