Brief Biography

Bartholomew Odinaka Ogbonna holds a Ph.D in Electrical power systems from the Rivers State University, Nigeria in the year (2020), M.Eng in Power Systems & Machines from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria in (2016), and a B.Tech degree in Electrical Power Engineering from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt in (1985). He is a member of the following professional organizations: Council for the Regulation of Engineers in Nigeria (COREN), The Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE), Institute of Electrical/Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and Nigeria Institution of Electrical/Electronic Engineers (NIEEE). He is currently a staff of Department of Electrical/Electronic Engineering in the faculty of Engineering, University of Port Harcourt. His main research area is in Power Systems, Machines, Artificial Intelligence and renewable energy.
