Prof. Goodness Wobihiele Orluwene, born on 30th January, 1971 in Rumuakunde-Emohua, Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. I have three children (males). A female lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology, Guidance and Counselling, Faculty of Education, University of Port Harcourt. Specialised in Educational Measurement and Evaluation, Research, Test Construction and Standardisation.
