Brief Biography

Dr. ONAH LILIAN CHINENYE is a Lecturer in the Department of Curriculum Studies and Educational Technology, Faculty of Education, University of Port Harcourt.

She holds a PhD in Curriculum Studies and Educational Technology with a specialization in Educational Technology. A passionate and innovative educator, Dr. is deeply committed to impacting knowledge that transforms students and prepares them to become better versions of themselves — the future leaders of our nation Nigeria.
With expertise in Instructional Design, Online Learning, and Learning Management Systems, she leverages technology to create engaging and future-ready learning experiences. She is also a certified AI Facilitator and Data Analyst, and she trains students and professionals on how to use basic AI tools to enhance productivity, especially in academic research.

An innovative researcher with 7+ years’ experience in Educational Technology and Digital Pedagogy. I focus on building effective Technology-Enhanced Learning environments using LMS, E-Learning tools, and Video Conferencing platforms. My research addresses Distance Education, STEAM, Digital Readiness, and AI-driven Instruction. I contribute to global knowledge as a published author; I contribute to research that advances learning across disciplines.
