Brief Biography

As an experienced administrator with a proven track record in university settings, my career objective is to leverage my core competencies in academic management, database systems, and network infrastructure to drive operational excellence and innovation. Through my achievements, I have contributed to the success of various academic and non-academic departments and programs, such as in the area of Student admission processes, Staff Training development for both local and international, Conference and also managing the office network and then as a web developer. Moving forward, I am eager to continue enhancing the technology landscape in higher education while utilising my skills in resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement to maximise organisational value.

Currently in the office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Research & Development, the following are my key responsibilities and tasks performed by me and my achievements:

• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines for the organisation's network infrastructure.
• Planning and managing the network infrastructure, including LAN, and Internet connectivity, and also implementing firewalls, antivirus, and other security measures.
• Data Analyst
• Desk officer to the DVC R&D on Research Related Matters.
• Managing network resources, including hardware, software, and user accounts, and Troubleshooting network problems and issues.
• Managing the web development of the department website.
• Managing relationships between students and staff.
