Ekom Etim Akpan is a lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Management Sciences, at the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria and formerly taught at Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State. Ekom holds a Ph.D and M.Sc. in Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a B.Sc. in Management from the University of Port Harcourt. Additionally, he has a certificate in Data Analysis from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. Ekom has authored articles in reputable journals, including Vision: Journal of Business Perspective, Cogent Business and Management, and Investment Management and Financial Innovations. His expertise encompasses information and communication technology, contemporary statistical data analysis techniques, and research computer applications such as SPSS, SmartPLS, and AMOS. Currently, he serves on the editorial board, Journal of International Business Research and Management Studies (USA); as an Associate Editor, Iris Journal of Economics and Business Management (USA); and as a Section Editor, Sustainable Economies (Singapore). Ekom also reviews for several journals, including the Gadjah Mada International Journal of Business, and FIIB Business Review. Professionally, he is a member, Academy of Management, Nigeria; an Associate Member, Nigeria Institute of Management; and a Student Member, Production and Operations Management Society, USA.
Florence Abuoma Orokor
Florence Abuoma Orokor is a lecturer in Department of Management, Faculty of Management Sciences, at the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. She holds a Ph.D in Office and Information Management from Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, MS.c and BS.c, in Office and Information Management from Rivers State University, Rivers State, Nigeria. Dr. Florence has published several articles in local and international journals of repute, she is a member, Academy of Management, Nigeria.
Dr. Isaac O. Chukwuma
Dr. Isaac O. Chukwuma is a Lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Port Harcourt. His research interest lies at the intersection of Human Resources Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Strategic Management. He has published empirical studies in several journals, and authored the book “Business Policy and Strategy Management”.
Dr. Isaac O. Chukwuma, earned his Ph.D in Management in 2019 from the University of Nigeria, M.Sc in Management from the University of Nigeria, PGD in Education from the National Open University of Nigeria (in affiliation with the National Teachers’ Institute), and B.Sc in Business Administration from Anambra State University.

Dr. Vivien Ejiro Wogwu
Dr. Vivien Ejiro Wogwu is a distinguished Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Management, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. With a Ph.D. in Management, specialized in Business Policy from Rivers State University. Her academic journey spans degrees in Management and Business Administration from University of Port Harcourt and Delta State University respectively.
Dr. Wogwu has several publications in reputable journals. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Policy Management and Development (FIPMD) and an active member of The Academy of Management Nigeria (TAMN).
Dr. Wogwu’s professional experience over the years include university administration and teaching roles, with expertise in research methods, data analysis, and strategic planning. She has earned several awards for dedication and excellence, including recognition during the University of Port Harcourt’s 40th-anniversary celebration.
Her passion for capacity building earned her participation in numerous workshops on academic writing, grantsmanship, and research. She is also proficient in ICT management and workflow optimization. Outside her professional pursuits, she enjoys reading, singing, traveling, and driving.

Dr. Matthias O. Nkuda
Dr. Matthias O. Nkuda is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Port Harcourt, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He has worked both in public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy. He was one time Secretary to Mbo Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State and also worked and attained a position of Assistant General Manager (Operations) at Teledom International Limited, Ikeja, Lagos. He has spent ten (10) years to date as an academic in the Department of Management, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Port Harcourt, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Management and Master of Business of Administration (MBA) both of which from University of Uyo, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Marketing, University of Port Harcourt, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He has over twenty articles to his credit in both local and international journals some of which can be accessed via googlescholar.com. He has co-authored a book entitled: Foundations of Business Management and some chapters in books. He is a provisional Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and a full-fledged Member of The Academy of Management Nigeria (TAMN).
DR. THOMAS OKOISAMA
Dr. Thomas Okoisama obtained a B.Sc. in Industrial Mathematics with a second class upper division from the University of Benin. He obtained a PGDM, PGDE, MBA, MSc., Doctor of Business Administration in Management (DBA) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Production and Operations Management from the University of Port Harcourt (with a CGPA of 5.0 on a scale of 5.0, all at the PGDE, MSc. and Ph.D levels).
Dr. Okoisama is a seasoned financial expert with 18-years top-notch experience across several Banks, covering corporate, commercial and retail portfolios. Dr. Thomas Okoisama specialises in operations research, operations management and research methodology at the department of management, Faculty of Management sciences, University of Port Harcourt. He is highly analytical and has written several articles in various peer-reviewed local and international journals. Also, he has presented papers in various local and international conferences.
Dr. Thomas Okoisama is a Member of the Academy of Management Nigeria (MAMN), a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria(FIMC), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) in over 50 countries including US, UK & Australia. He is proficient with contemporary statistical analytic software like SPSS, AMOS for Structural Equation Modelling, SmartPLS for PLS-SEM and QSR Nvivo for thematic analysis.
