The Applicant pays appropriate Processing Fee in Bank Draft at the bank, made payable to the University of Port Harcourt.

Present the Bank Draft at the Treasury Office, Bursary Department and obtain a University Official Receipt.

Applicant applies in writing to the Examinations and Records Officer for Transcript indicating the forwarding address and attach photocopyof Success Letter/Certificate, Bank Draft and the duplicate copy of the University Official Receipt. A format of the Application Letter can be obtained at the Examinations and Records Office at no cost or files/Application Format.pdf.

The Applicant pays the necessary charges for delivery by Courier in accordance with the rate of the Courier Company, at the Examinations and Records Office.
