Principal Officers Honour Ogali, Charles-Granville

As a tradition to honour their colleagues who successfully serve out their tenure, the Principal Officers gathered at the Council Chamber inside Senate Building, University Park, on July 5, 2021, to celebrate their former colleagues, who were: immediate past Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration), Professor Regina Ogali and Acting Registrar, Dr Dakoru Charles-Granville.

Speaking at the brief event, immediate past Acting Vice Chancellor, Professor Stephen Okodudu, commended the two former Management staff for giving of their best to the services of the University. “The positions you held are positions of responsibility, so we decided to on behalf of Council, Senate, Management, Staff and Students of the University appreciate you in this little way,” Professor Okodudu said.

Other Principal Officers including Coordinator of Academic Affairs, Professor Abdulrazaq Kilani, Acting Registrar, Mrs Joyce Tamuno, Bursar, Dr Felicia Ayuwo and Acting University Librarian, Mr Emmanuel Owushi, extolled their former colleagues for their contribution to the growth of the University.

In their separate responses, Professor Ogali and Dr Charles-Granville, thanked their former colleagues for the team spirit among them as Management staff of the University. They expressed appreciation for the gift items presented to them and pledged their commitment to the continued growth of the University.
