The Management of the University led by the Vice-Chancellor were in audience of His Excellency Sir Siminialayi Fubara, the Executive Governor of Rivers State. We congratulated him on his emergence as Governor of Rivers State and the excellent journey so far with a peaceful and prosperous Rivers State. We thanked him for all support from the state government to the University. Issues affecting the University were presented to the Governor. The visit was a remarkable one for the University of Port Harcourt.
