ADMISSION VACANCIES
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates into the various programmes offered at the Centre for Marine Pollution Monitoring and Seafood Safety University of Port Harcourt for the 2021/2022 academic session
Steps to follow in processing application and registration:
(1) Pay a non-refundable application fee of #25,000 (Twenty-five thousand naira only) to the Centre for Marine Pollution Monitoring and Seafood Safety (CEMPOS) UBA Account with account number 1021589727
(2) Download the following documents from https://www.uniport.edu.ng/centre-for-marine-pollution-monitoring-and-seafood-safety-cempos.html; www.cemposuniport.com
(a) Application Form (specific for PGD, M.Sc. or PhD)
(b) Referee Forms
(c) Transcript Label Form and
(d) Statement of purpose guidance

(a) Copies of credentials (Certificate(s) of University degree(s) and a two-paged curriculum vitae
(b) Statement of purpose (see instruction)
(c) Receipt of payment of application fee
(d) National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate or due exemption certificate (for prospective Nigerian students)
(e) International passport – ID page (for prospective international students, only)
(4) Apply for, follow up and ensure that an official Transcript of your academic records is sent to Centre for Marine Pollution Monitoring and Seafood Safety (CEMPOS) WITH THE TRANSCRIPT LABEL provided.
(5) Await offer of admission after the screening exercise
(6) Candidates offered provisional admission into M.Sc. and Ph.D. programmes are to pay acceptance fee of One hundred thousand (N100,000.00) naira only while admitted PGD candidates are to pay acceptance fee of Fifty Thousand (N50,000.00) naira only
(7) Last date of submission of application documents is 30th of April, 2022
Annual tuition fee for PGD students is Three hundred and fifty thousand (N350,000.00) naira only. M.Sc. and Ph.D. students are to pay Four hundred thousand (N400,000.00) naira only and Five Hundred Thousand (N500,000.00) Naira only respectively as tuition fees each academic session. Fee payment is into CBN Treasury Single Account made through the REMITA payment platform.
