VERIFICATION OF YEARS 2010,2011,2012 AND 2013 FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS TENABLE IN NIGERIA PUBLIC TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS.

The Honourable Minister has approved the verification of all 2010-2013 On-going federal Govrnment Scholarship Award beneficiaries. Consequently , Federal Scholarship Board has concluded arrangement for the verification exercise to commence from 27th March- 7th April, 2017.
As part of eligibility requirement for the continuation of the award programme, undergraduate candidates in universities are expected to have a minimum CGPA of 4.00 in their previous sessional examination, while NCE and HND candidates should have a minimum of 3.5 CGPA. Similarly, Postgraduate candidates should have a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Division in their First degree.
In view of the above, officers of Federal Scholarship Board would be visiting your institution from 27th March- 7th April, 2017 to conduct a verification of the On-going scholarship awardees to determine scholars that are still in school and those that have graduated, as well as collect the list of the qualified candidates with their CGPA.
The Verification exercise is scheduled as follows.

VENUE: EBITIMI BANIGO AUDITORIUM
Awardees are expected to appear before the team with an item of identification.
