VC Tasks ASMEDA On Uniport Growth

As a way of encouraging all critical stakeholders to join his administration for the overall growth of the University, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Owunari Georgewill, has called on the Association of Specialist Medical Doctors in Academics (ASMEDA) to continue to contribute and do their best to make the University a better place.
The Vice Chancellor made the clarion call when the leadership of ASMEDA paid him a courtesy visit in the Committee Room on Monday, August 9, 2021. Professor Georgewill thanked the Association for making a token presentation to him, stating that he was aware of the numerous challenges facing the body. He promised to address some of the challenges to enable members of the body perform optimally.
Earlier, the President of ASMEDA, Dr Ologhaguo Adienbo, who described Professor Georgewill as an ardent member of the body, expressed gratitude for the appointment of Professor Georgewill as the ninth Vice Chancellor of the University.
“As an association that you are one of the pillars, we find it necessary to visit you and register our support for your administration. We are so grateful to God and happy with your appointment. We are here to wish you well and to assure you of our support. We will always stand by you and your administration because your success is our success,” the President said.
