Council Approves Appointment of Tamuno, Ekeh, others as Directors

The Governing Council of the University has approved the appointment of seven senior officers as Directors. The appointment was conveyed by the Vice Chancellor, Professor Owunari Georgewill in separate letters to the appointees dated October 29, 2021. Of the seven appointments, six are of the Registry Department, while one is of the Bursary Department.
Those appointed are: Mrs Joyce Tamuno, Mr Stephen Ekeh, Dr Agatha Ataga, Dr Mite Ngeh, Mrs Irene Wariso-Madugba and Mrs Flora Iyagba for the Registry Department and Mr Aribite Princewill as Director, Systems in the Bursary Department.
The Vice Chancellor disclosed that the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council, Senator Andrew Uchendu approved the appointment executively on behalf of the Governing Council. The appointments are with effect from January 1, 2021.
