Dr. Zelda Anne Elum is a lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Port Harcourt, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. She holds a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from Imperial College London and a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, India. Her research interests include Agricultural Finance and Production Economics.
