Professor ANTHONY CHUKWUMEKA AGUMAGU is a Professor of Agricultural Extension in the Institute of Agricultural Research and Development, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Port Harcourt, Choba, PMB 5323, Port Harcourt. He graduated from University of Ibadan, Nigeria: B. Sc. (Hons) 1979; MSc 1982; PhD 1993. He was Director, Institute of Agricultural Research and Development, University of Port Harcourt (2002 – 2005), and pioneer Head, Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension, University of Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria (2005 – 2010).
