Dr. (Mrs.) Victoria C. Obinna obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (2009), M.Sc. in Environmental Animal Physiology (2015) and Ph.D. in Animal Health and Physiology (2019) from the University of Port Harcourt, Port Harcourt.

 

Her field of specialization is Animal Health and Physiology. Area of research interest is Reproductive Physiology and Toxicology. Her research centers on reproductive and toxicological effects of commonly used indigenous medicinal plants, ethnopharmacology and effects of environmental pollutants on animal physiology.

 

She is a licensed veterinarian and a member of Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association (NVMA), West African Society for Pharmacology (WASP) and Physiological Society of Nigeria (PSN).
