University of Port Harcourt

You are heartily welcome to the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Development) of the University of Port Harcourt. This office is to properly co-ordinate various ongoing research activities in the University. The achievement of an Entrepreneurial University would require proper harnessing of all research efforts from Faculties, Centres and Research Institutes of this Great University. Quality research findings will be translated into pilot industry production. Our major responsibility is to harness research activities in the institution and focus on application of research efforts to development and ensuring that research activities are geared towards finding solutions to societal problems and the world in general.
